Have you ever met any celebrities? Any interesting stories?

I met Jem Finer and Spider Stacy from The Pogues at the 2003 Kirsty MacColl fans' reunion. The Pogues are one of my favourite bands, so I'm profoundly ashamed to admit I had no idea who they were until they asked if I'd been to The Pogues' Christmas reunion tour in 2001, I said I had, and during the conversation they casually referred to the band as 'we'. One of them bought me a beer while I still hadn't realised who they were!
